We provide Free Shipping on our products ordered in the United States & Canada. We have partnered with various shipping agencies to make sure you receive your products as soon as possible.
Orders placed on PO Box addresses will be returned hence please do not use such addresses.
If the product you ordered is in stock your order will be prepared for shipment right away. Shipping times are subject to your location and the same will be updated to you at the time of processing your order. We are constantly improving our shipping time and in some cases, the product will arrive much faster than the posted estimated date. When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that the ‘tracking number generated’ does not mean that the product has already shipped.
If you order a product that is pre-order, it will say the estimated time that it will deliver. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.
Note: If you have both a pre-order product and an in-stock, your order will arrive when all products are in-stock. The expected date is available in your order confirmation email.
Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the product. To ensure that your return is processed smoothly please ensure all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. (Hairs, Odours, Pet hairs, stains, and misuse will not be accepted)
The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within 15 Days of receiving your product.

Rewaso covers the shipping cost of getting the product to you. However, we do not pay for return shipping of the product. You may choose to have us cover the cost of the shipping label at our discounted rates and deduct it from your refund or you can provide your own shipping label and ship it yourself.
You will be emailed with your return confirmation right after it is processed.
In case of a product which has manufacturing defects, we will accept the exchange request for such products. You will need to ship us the product first before we can ship you a replacement.
Once the original product has been received, we will then send out the replacement to you. Provided that the product is sent back in accordance with our return policy.
